Almond Joy Fat Bombs

These have been one of my favorite clean treats lately. You can place them in a muffin pan or roll the mix in to balls / bars and freeze.

• 2 Tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
•1 Serving Shakeology (I use Chocolate Vegan)
• 1/4c Shredded/Unsweetened Coconut 
• optional: handful of dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips)
• 1 Tbsp Virgin, Unrefined Coconut Oil
• 1 Tbsp Brain Octane Oil (if not using, replace this serving with another serving of Coconut Oil)

Then, mix in a bowl, form into 6 balls & freeze for at least 1 hour. These are a perfect no sugar added treat for after dinner or just for a snack. Sprinkle a little Himalayan sea salt on top if you’d like!
