On the set of our latest filming for Beachbody, we filmed Turbo Kick, Sport Round 81! I am literally obsessed with this workout! It’s fierce, it’s athletic, it’s empowering, it’s intense and IT’S FUN! 😍 I’ll let the video do the rest of the talking.

Of course, you’d have to be drinking it pretty frequently for the ingredients to matter that much but… I was! Nearly every day, without ever investigating what the ingredients actually meant.

Thanks for watching yesterday’s video here on why it’s soooo important to look for a particular couple ingredients in non-dairy milk 🥛 ( almond, coconut, cashew milks, etc.) AND why it could be causing you bloat and/or weight loss resistance. 😳 Here’s my solution that will SAVE you 💲💲.
